Orders and Shipping
Processing time: Order checking, tailoring, quality control, and packaging are all steps in the process. Within 24 hours of placing an order, it is sent to the production facility for dispatch. Orders are processed by postal services, which takes an additional 3–5 days.
Shipping time: This is the time it takes for goods to travel from our warehouse to their final destination. International shipping takes 7–20 business days on average.

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, we usually ship orders within 24/48h.
Once an order has been shipped, a shipping notification is automatically sent to your email address, you’ll find your tracking number there!

If you have ordered multiple different items, they may be sent separately.
We recommend to track packages with USPS if you are located in the US, or ParcelsApp for the other countries.
Note: Generally, after the sender ships your package, it will be processed by the carrier, then they scan and enter the tracking information. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability in their system. Usually, it takes 5-10 days for processing and it takes sometimes longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately.

Cancellation of your order is possible if it has not yet been shipped. Cancellation of your order is not possible if we have already shipped it because we cannot intervene on the transit once the package leaves our warehouse
Most of the products we sell are unique and are produced in small quantities. We want to keep this value of authenticity and originality on our product line, that’s why we don’t accept pre-orders in most cases, but you can contact us, maybe you will be lucky 🙂
